Deli -- Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Portabella Mushroom

Ingredients:  Mushrooms, Thompson Farms spinach dip mix (Spinach flakes, onion, parsley, salt, dextrose, celery, spices) cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, water chestnuts, artichoke hearts.   Allergens:  Dairy, egg
 
Cooking Instructions:  Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Place mushrooms on a cookie sheet or in a casserole baking dish.  Cook for about 20 minutes until this cheese mixture is starting to brown and bubble.
