Option 2:  Smoked Pulled Pork, marinated brisket, homemade mac n cheese, baked beans with bacon & onions, Olive Garden Salad.    All of our food is smoked in house and made from scratch.  We do not order food already made from suppliers and reheat it.   Also includes standard buns and bbq sauce.    Plates and Utensils can be added for an upcharge.  
 
Minimum 25 people.   If you have less that 25 orders, then there is a $1.00 per person upcharge.  Why?  Because cooking for less people takes the same amount of time but for less and made from scratch cooking is very labor intensive.
