Option 1:  Maple Bacon Balsamic Pork Tenderloin, choice of hash brown casserole or mashed potatoes, green beans with onions and bacon and bread.  
 
All of our food is smoked in house and made from scratch.  We do not order food already made from suppliers and reheat it.  
 
Minimum 25 people.   If you have less that 25 orders, then there is a $1.00 per person upcharge.  Why?  Because cooking for less people takes the same amount of time but for less and made from scratch cooking is very labor intensive.
